I'm not a "here's your five-step plan" kind of coach. What I've found, both in my own practice and working with clients, is that most of us already know what we need. The work is in creating enough stillness to hear it.
the approach
Self-inquiry as the engine
My coaching is rooted in the belief that you are your own greatest source of wisdom. The techniques I draw from are a unique mix: ICF-accredited coaching methodology, mindfulness practice, yoga philosophy, somatic awareness, and tarot as a reflective tool. They are all designed to help you access what's already there. I ask questions. You find the answers.
What this means in practice: you won't leave a session with a rigid action plan you'll quietly abandon. You'll leave with one or two things that feel genuinely doable, and a clearer sense of why they matter to you. As one client put it: the techniques center you as the source of clarity.
in practice
What a session feels like
We start with where you are, not where you think you should be. Sessions are conversational, not clinical. I listen carefully, ask questions that might surprise you, and follow what's actually present rather than a fixed agenda.
This approach is particularly useful if you have a lot to juggle at once: work, personal life, the part of yourself that keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list. We make space for all of it.

credentials
Background
I completed my coach training through She Leads, an ICF-accredited programme. I hold a 500-hour yoga teacher certification through the Himalayan Institute, a Yoga Nidra Teacher certification, and an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certification. I've studied contemplative practice seriously for over a decade, including time at Kopan Monastery in Nepal, Tushita Meditation Centre in Dharamshala, and Gomde in Austria. I've been reading tarot for 25 years.
I also work as a senior web developer, which means I understand exactly what it's like to be in a demanding technical role, to be the only person in the room thinking the way you think, and to wonder whether this is actually what you want.
